Question 1

What makes cold-process soap different?

Accepted Answer

Cold process is the traditional method: oils and butters are blended at low temperature and left to cure for four to six weeks. Nothing is stripped out, so the bar keeps its natural glycerin — the part that actually moisturizes — and cleanses gently instead of squeaky.

Question 2

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

That is who we formulate for. Our scented products use essential oils and phthalate-free fragrance; check each product page for its ingredients. If you are highly reactive, patch test on your inner arm first and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Question 3

Will products with hemp seed oil make me feel anything?

Accepted Answer

No. Hemp seed oil is used here for its skin benefits — fatty acids and richness. These are topical skincare products, not intoxicating.

Question 4

How long does a bar last?

Accepted Answer

Six to eight weeks of daily use is typical. Keep it on a draining dish or wooden soap holder between washes so it dries fully — a wet bar dissolves two to three times faster.

Question 5

How do I use the Everything Oils and sprays?

Accepted Answer

Oils go on damp skin right after a shower — a few pumps, pressed in rather than rubbed. Everything Sprays are made for skin, linens, and the room; mist and let it settle.

Question 6

Do you offer free shipping?

Accepted Answer

Yes — free shipping on orders over $50 with code Freeship50 at checkout. Orders are packed by hand and typically leave within two to three business days.

Question 7

Why does my bar look slightly different from the photo?

Accepted Answer

Because it is a different batch. Natural clays, botanicals and essential oils shift in color from pour to pour, and every bar is cut by hand. The scent and the formula stay the same.

Question 8

Where can I find you in person?

Accepted Answer

We pop up around Temecula, California — breweries, markets and seasonal events. Follow along for the current schedule, or say hello at the table.
